vWISP’s revolutionary new processor is similar in function to the human brain. The brain is event driven, whereby events trigger data in synapses. This data is derived from STDP and BCM learning through feedback. The first commercial 'NeoCortex' processor design comprises 15,000 neurons and over 200,000 synapses. The device simulates the Neocortex sixty times faster than a fast Intel (tm) Pentium processor. With a patented, completed and tested design, vWISP is currently seeking funding to produce the chip.
