Innovation Centre reaches out to PR students
Over 20 Public Relations students from USC’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences descended upon the Innovation Centre to learn more about opportunities right on their doorstep.During their visit, the students were introduced to initiatives of the Innovation Centre including Enterprise Tuesday, work experience and internships that aim to connect students with innovative businesses located at the centre.
Drawing on their creativity, the PR students were involved in a brainstorming session coordinated by USC tutor Amber James, Innovation Centre CEO Colin Graham and Innovation Centre Student Ambassador Sophie Barnard to explore new ways of communicating these opportunities to USC students in the key sectors of ICT, Clean Technology and Creative Industries.
