How to Innovate and Prosper

Nigel Hall, Innovation Centre Business Incubator Manager, joined forces with a wide array of high profile speakers, including Chris Russell from ABC TV’s ‘The New Inventors’, Beechworth Bakeries founder Tom O’Toole and USC Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship lecturer Selina Tomasich, at the inaugural Innovative Industries Conference at Caloundra on 8th October 2009.

The annual conference, led by entrepreneurs and industry experts, showcases innovative regional business and aims to launch ongoing innovation activities on the Sunshine Coast.

Mr Hall, who delivers business support and mentoring and has been involved in raising over $160 million in funding for start up businesses since 1994, addressed what it takes to develop an innovative and inventive company.
