•Provides self-assessment of organisation's practices against world class operations in a specific industry sector
•Assessment is free, covers all operational areas
•Stage 1: Provides international benchmark review of business and collaboratively prepared action plan with recommendations on key priorities to innovate and improve the business
•Stage 2: Provides $5,000 consultancy support for implementation (qualifying businesses)
DEEDI Jobs Assist
•provides consultancy support for financially vulnerable firms with over 10 FTEs
•Stage 1 provides up to $3,000 for a business assessment and action plan of priority tasks to improve business performance
•Stage 2 provides up to $5,000 to support implementation
•Focus on area of business need
DEEDI Mentoring for Growth
•provides panel of specialists to provide individual business guidance
•business receives 1 hour session with mentors (free)
