The Innovation Centre is located on the edge of the campus of the University of the Sunshine Coast at Sippy Downs, near Buderim.
The University opened in 1996 on a 100 hectare green-field site. The campus has won more than 25 awards for its architecture, planning and construction, has been designed on environmentally sensitive design principles and is home to wild kangaroos.
The campus also includes a library, cafes, an art gallery, events and exhibition spaces and outstanding sporting facilities.
This all makes for a fresh and attractive office location, helping businesses to attract, engage and retain talented people.
Sippy Downs is master-planned to be a distinctive university town and knowledge hub, integrating opportunities for working, learning, playing and living in a well connected mixed-use urban environment.
The last 10 years have seen the establishment and growth of the University, the Innovation Centre, schools, sporting facilities, and a major residential and retail development.
The next period of growth will see the development of the town centre, a new road network and further residential, retail and business precincts.
